This class was designed by Gail Nowels of Southern Indiana Taiko Inc., Physical Therapist Richard Suchan, PT, DPT and other experts, to address the needs of seniors, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone who wants to play taiko at a more relaxed recreational pace.
