Cleaning Fee: If you want us to clean up after your event, there is a $100 cleaning fee.

Adult Events

$150 Rental Fee

  • Up to 3 hours. Includes set up
    and clean up time.

  • Up to 50 people

  • Outside catering allowed

  • ALCOHOL PERMITTED

  • Additional hours $40/hr. 

  • Plus security deposit

  • Cleaning required - see rules

 IF SELLING ALCOHOL,
 YOU MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE
 AND LICENSED SERVER.

  Cleaning Fee: If you want us to       
  clean up after your event, there is
  a $100 cleaning fee. 

Security Deposit: $100 security deposit required for all events. This will be returned at end of your event, provided no damage has occurred and studio has been restored to its original condition (unless client has chosen to pay the $100 cleaning fee). Any damage to the facility will be deducted from the security deposit. Clients will be billed for any damages exceeding $100.

Cleaning: Renters must dispose of all trash in provided bins and sweep and clean floors of any debris or spills. All decorations should be removed.  Walls may not be damaged in any way when hanging decorations.
