IF SERVING ALCOHOL, YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF
OF INSURANCE AND LICENSED SERVER.
Security Deposit: Security deposit required. This will be returned at the end of your event, provided no damage has occurred and studio has been restored to its original condition. Going beyond your allotted time according to your signed contract will also result in forfeiture of deposit.
Any damage to the facility will be deducted from the security deposit. Clients will be billed for any damages exceeding security deposit.
General cleaning: Renters must dispose of all trash in provided bins and sweep and clean floors of any debris or spills. All decorations should be removed. Walls may not be damaged in any way when hanging decorations.
